At Diakonia & Co., each product is created with care and intention. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges & Store Credit
While we do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit may be available within 7 days of your delivery date.
To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at support@diakoniaandco.com with your order details. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@diakoniaandco.com, including photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
