We know… waiting isn’t always the fun part. But when it comes to our seasonal scents and limited collections, preordering is the best way to make sure you don’t miss out on something you love!

Everything we create is made in small, thoughtful batches with carefully sourced ingredients. We’re very intentional about it all! Sometimes that also means certain materials are limited or take a little longer to arrive. Instead of overproducing or swapping in anything lower quality, we choose to stay slow and intentional and invite you into that process through preorders!

What Preordering Does

When you place a preorder, you’re helping us create with purpose. It allows us to plan ahead and make exactly what’s needed, nothing more, nothing less.

Your preorder helps us:
• secure the exact ingredients for your scents
• order the right amount of vessels and packaging
• reduce waste and avoid overproduction
• keep every product as high quality and consistent as possible

It truly plays a part in bringing your candles and fragrances to life.

How Preorders Work

For online retail orders, full payment (including shipping) is required at the time you place your preorder. You can simply do this by checking out with the products you want, just like you would normally do! This allows us to begin sourcing materials and preparing your order right away.

For wholesale preorders, the same structure applies, but orders must be placed through email so we can coordinate details with you directly!

Timing & Expectations

Because these pieces are made to order, timing can vary a bit depending on materials and production flow. We always do our best to stay within estimated timelines, but occasionally delays happen that are outside of our control.

If that ever happens, we promise to keep you in the loop, share updates, and never rush something out at the expense of quality!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Preorders are reserved just for you, so once production has started, they can’t be canceled.
Shipping dates are estimates and may shift slightly.
If you order multiple items, they may ship together once everything is ready.
Some discounts may not apply to preorder items unless it’s specifically noted.
