What kind of wax do your candles use?
Our candles are made with 100% non-GMO, USA-grown soy wax, offering a clean, slow, and even burn you can feel confident about.
We intentionally source high-quality, domestically grown materials to ensure product purity, support responsible agriculture, and reduce environmental impact—because what we use matters just as much as what we leave out.
Why choose soy wax over traditional candles?
Many conventional candles are made with paraffin wax, which can release harmful chemicals such as benzene and toluene when burned—contributing to indoor air pollution and potential long-term health risks.
In contrast, soy wax is a renewable, biodegradable alternative that supports cleaner indoor air quality.
Are your fragrances clean?
Yes—our fragrances are thoughtfully formulated without phthalates and other harmful additives commonly used in the industry.
We believe you should never have to choose between a beautiful scent and your well-being.
Are your products safe for sensitive individuals?
Our products are designed with gentle, non-toxic ingredients. However, sensitivities can vary, so we recommend reviewing ingredients and testing in a small space if needed.
Do your candles burn cleanly?
Yes—when properly cared for, our candles are designed to burn cleanly with minimal soot.
How do I properly care for my candle?
Trim your wick to 1/4” before each burn, allow the wax to melt evenly on the first burn, and avoid burning longer than 3–4 hours.
How strong are your scents?
Our fragrances are designed to be elevated and balanced—noticeable, yet never overwhelming. Please note that our "Sanctuary" scent is our lightest scent and does not give off as much scent throw as the others.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, but exchanges or store credit may be available within a 7 day window of the original delivery date.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with photos.
If I have used a perfume or bubble bath, put reeds into my diffuser, or lit my candle... but do I not like the scent, can I return it or exchange it for something else?
We are so sorry, but at this time we do not accept returns, store credit, or refunds for items that have already been used. If there is generally something wrong with your product, please email us with photos or an in-depth description of what is wrong. Refunds are not always promised in that case, but we will try our best to work with you!
